Refund policy
1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
We stand behind our products. Your purchase includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Under this warranty, we will replace defective products or components. If the original style is no longer available, we will replace it with a product of equal value. Please note that processing a warranty claim requires an $8 shipping and handling fee. For international warranty claims, additional fees apply, including but not limited to local taxes, tariffs, and customs duties.
Processing a Warranty Claim To initiate a replacement for a defective product, please email support@cesperi.co with the following details:

The name of your Cesperi product.

A brief description of the defect, along with a clear photo showing the damaged area.

Valid proof of purchase (such as your receipt, order confirmation email, or credit card statement) that includes the purchase date, order number, and where the item was bought.

The complete shipping address where you would like the replacement sent.

A current phone number where we can reach you.
Once we receive your information, our team will review it and send you an email letting you know if your product qualifies for a warranty replacement and what the next steps are.
Return Policy
We have a 60-day return policy*, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@cesperi.co. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Handling Fee: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A flat $5 handling fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for each approved return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification confirming whether your item meets the requirements for a refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please Note: The final refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned item, minus the $5 handling fee and any original shipping fees paid on the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@cesperi.co.
