How do I wash the travel pillow?
- Unzip and remove the pillow cover.
- Hand wash or machine wash it with mild detergent.
Is this travel pillow suitable for children?
Cesperi travel pillow is one size for all and it is CPC compliance. However, we do recommend it for children above age 14.
Is the storage bag water-resistant?
Cesperi storage bag is made of water-resistant material.
What to do when first received travel pillow?
Before first use it is recommended to let the pillow sit for 24-72 hours to remove any possible smells and return to original form.
Can I wash the memory foam?
We do not recommend washing memory foam with water. If cleaning is necessary, please use a damp cloth to wipe the surface.

When will the orders be shipped?
All orders will be processed within 48 hours before shipping out.
What is the delivery time?
It usually takes between 2-5 days.
Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel the order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse it will not be possible.
However, you can still return back to us for refund once you have shipped back the product to us.
Why the tracking code is not working?
It usually takes a few days for the carrier to update the tracking status. Rest assured that once you received the tracking code, your package is ready on the way.
